If you choose to pay your subscription to your National Representative, the address is given on the membership page. Please send a copy of this form both to the Treasurer and to your National Representative.

If you pay direct to the Treasurer, please allow for Bank charges to be included in your payment, so that the Society receives the full amount of £8 Sterling (8 GB Pounds).
