Vae tibi, qui purum jactas sine crimine pectus,
Et tandem impurum simplice veste tegis.
Non ignota Deo tua sunt periuria: cordis
Ille tui iudex intima sensa videt.

Woe betide you who boast of a pure heart without sin and in the end are concealing an impure one in simple dress. Your lies are not unknown to God: as a judge he sees the intimate feelings of the heart.
